Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration fees

Event registration fees are generally non-refundable, as your registration reserves a slot, a Bib (Non timed), and event materials that are committed in advance on your behalf.

2. Cancellation by the participant

• If you are unable to participate after registering, the registration fee is not refundable.
• Depending on the event, we may allow you to defer your entry to a future event or transfer within categories — please contact us to check availability.

3. Cancellation by the organiser

If Six Yards Strong cancels an event entirely (and it is not rescheduled), registered participants will be offered either a credit towards a future event or a refund of the registration fee, less any non-recoverable transaction charges, at our discretion.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If your payment was debited but your registration was not confirmed, or you were charged more than once, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please contact us with your payment reference.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank.
